The organizational culture of TARGET SPORT is focused on finding top quality athletes and raising them to high levels of performance. The research is carried out by a weighted mechanism adopted by the managerial and technical team of TARGET SPORT, which evaluates specific variables at all levels – ergophysiology, ergometry, psychology and athlete’s personality. After the process of research & evaluation has been completed and the athlete’s weaknesses have been analyzed, we are immediately concentrated on the athlete’s progress, improvement and advance to top levels.
